Japanesque.xyz has established the following terms of use when you use our discount coupon related service ("this service") issued by Japanesque.xyz . In case you use this service, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Article 1: Purpose and definition
This "discount coupon usage agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement") establishes various conditions for Japanesque.xyz to provide this service.

Article 2: Terms of use
The terms of use of this service shall be separately determined by each discount coupon, and customers shall be able to use the discount coupon only in accordance with the stipulated terms of use.
Discount coupons with the upper limit of the number of usage in the use conditions will not be able to use coupons at all, regardless of the number of sheets to be distributed and/or its acquisition, if the number of used sheets reaches the upper limit.

The discount will be invalid if the reservation is changed and the use conditions are no longer satisfied or the expiration date has expired.
If you cancel the reservation, the coupon usage will also be canceled so you can use the coupon again when reserving. However, you will not be able to use the coupon in the following cases:
a) If the number of used sheets has already reached the upper limit when reservation.
b) If the coupon's expiration date has passed or it is not covered by the coupon usage condition.

Discount coupon can not be applied to cancellation fee.

Article 4: Prohibited matter
Customers should not attempt to transfer or lend discount coupons obtained to any third party.
Customers can use discount coupons only in accordance with these Terms and shall not be used by third parties other than the customer themselves.

Article 5: Precautions
Discount coupons stipulated in this agreement can not be converted into money in any case.

Article 6: Cancellation / invalidation of discount coupons
If we judge that you fall under any of the respective items, you can cancel some or all of the discount coupon without notifying the customers in advance. In that case, we do not assume any responsibility to the customers.

If there is a violation of these Terms, other rules that we establish

Article 7: Disclaimer
Except our intention / serious negligence or illegal acts, we are not liable for any damages by systems interruption, delay, data loss and discontinuation of discount coupon service due to failure of the communication line and/or the computer, as well as damages caused by unauthorized access to data and damages caused to customers regarding this service.

In addition, we can not assume responsibility even if customers can not recieve this service due to disaster, war, riot, government agency order, fire, food poisoning etc.

Article 8: Change, suspension, termination of this service
When we judge that it is neccessary, we can always change, stop or terminate this service without notifying the customers in advance. The customers are assumed to agree this condition at the time of acquisition.
Even in the above cases occur, we do not assume any responsibilities to customers.

Article 9: Change of terms
We may change this agreement without notifying the customers in advance. Please be sure to check this agreement every time. After changing the terms, only the changed terms will be valid.

Article 10: Jurisdictional Court
In the event that a dispute arises between you and us in relation to this service, we will settle it in good faith between the parties. If you do not resolve even after consultation, Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Simplest Court will be the competent court of competent jurisdiction.

Article 11: Effectiveness of the Covenant
This agreement is effective as of June 13, 2017 Japan Standard Time.

Q. How Do I Book a Private Guided Tour?

Please click "Book Now" button and open the online booking system. It's easy and fast. You can complete your booking procedures up to payment within 5-10 min.

Q. How Do I Find a Private Guided Tour on the Booking System?

On the first page of the booking system, latest 4 days' worth available tours are indicated on the table. For the easiest and quickest way to find the tour you wish to participate, please take the following process.

1. Click and open a calendar (on the top), and select the date you wish to apply.

2. Then, click the left pull-down button right underneath the calendar and select the tour name.

3. 4 days' worth selected tour (starting from the date you chose) is indicated. The leftmost one is the tour you selected.

Q. How Do I Use Coupon and Get Refund?

Please bring the printed coupon or just show the coupon screen of your mobile phone to the guide on the date of the tour. The amount equivalent to 20% discount rate will be refunded in cash directly by the guide. 
*This coupon is valid only for the guide-fee. Please noted that the guide fee does not include necessary expenses.

Q. How Do I Pay?

You can pay through secure Paypal payment system. With Paypal, your credit card information is strictly protected and is never shared with any third parties including us. It's quick and safe!

Q. What Happens After I Completed My Booking.

Your tour guide will send you a confirmation email with some points to be checked shortly after he/she received your booking information. Please confirm the following items carefully to avoid miscommunication with your guide: 
1) pick-up place, 
2) tour ending place, 
3) amount of local cash to be prepared, 4) travel insurance of all members, 
5) requests for meal if any, 
6) places you want to visit, or things you want to experience if any (guide will reschedule itinerary as far as possible), etc. tour guide will send you a confirmation email with some points to be checked shortly after he/she received your booking information. Please confirm 1) meeting place, 2) tour ending place, 3) amount of local cash to be prepared, 4) with or without travel insurance of all members, 5) requests for meal if any, 6) places you want to visit or things you want to experience (will respond as far as possible), etc. with your guide for mutual understandings.

*Please be noted that the tour may be cancelled if a serious fact against our regulations is found. In that case, the tour fee will be refunded according to our cancellation policy. 

Q.  Will I Receive a Reminder Email?

Yes, you will receive a reminder email 1 or 2 days before the excursion date.

Q.  Can I Extend the Tour Time?

Yes, you can. Excess fee is JPY3000 per 30 min. Please pay in cash directly to the guide at the end of the tour.

Q.  What is a Necessary Charge?

Necessary charge means the charges which will incur to a guide during the tour. Necessary charge includes admission fee, transportation fee, fee for lunch... .As this is included in the tour price, no additional fees will be charged except time-excess fee.

Q. Can I Cancel the Tour?

Yes, you can. In that case the tour fee will be refunded according to our cancellation policy. 

*Please be noted that if cancellation fees to third parties have already incurred such as train tickets and accommodation, these cancellation fees will also be deducted from your refund money.

Q. Can I Change the Tour Date?

You can change the tour date 2 times (maximum) as long as the schedule can be fixed. However, if the cancellation fees to third parties have already incurred such as train/bus tickets, rent-a-car and accommodation, these cancellation fees shall be charged despite the remaining duration until the original booked date. 

*Please be noted that even if the schedule can't be fixed and you are finally driven into situation where you have to cancel your booking, your cancellation will be treated as normal cancellation. We kindly ask you to fix your schedule at earlier stage.
